Book Clubs for Kids

PPL offers two book clubs for kids:

Grades 2/3 Book Club

This book club meets the 3rd Thursday of every month at Pickerington Main, from 6:30-7:15 p.m.  Book Club for kids will start on Thursday, September 21.
For our first meeting on September 21, no book is required – come see what book club is all about!

Grades 4/5 Book Club

The book club for grades 4/5 meets the 1st Wednesday of every month at Pickerington Main, from 6:30-7:15 p.m.  Book Club for kids will start on Wednesday, September 6.
For our first meeting on September 6, no book is required – we’re just talking about books!

Book Clubs for Adults

PPL Book Club

The PPL Book Club meets the 3rd Tuesday of each month at 7 p.m.

Brown Bag Book Club

Brown Bag Book Club meets at Pickerington Main at 1 p.m. on the third Thursday of each month. Feel free to bring your lunch, snack or beverage and join us.

Cooking the Books:  a cookbook club.

First Drafts Book Club

Good food, good drinks, good books – and great conversation. Join us for First Drafts, a new book club for adults held at the Combustion Brewery & Taproom!

First Drafts Book Club meets the second Thursday of the month at 7 p.m., and is held offsite at the Combustion Brewery & Taproom. Book Clubs for Adults with Intellectual Disabilities

If you like to read books, meet new friends and have fun this is the club for you! Come join us as we read and discuss the books our clubs pick.

Choose from two meeting times:

Just for Fun Book Club:

Mondays from 1-2 p.m.

Tree House Book Club:

Tuesdays from 10-11 a.m.. The book club does not meet the last Tuesday of the month.

All skill levels are welcome. Club members need to be at least 18 years old and/or in their last year of high school.

Space is limited, please call to register.
