Kids Book Clubs

The Pickerington Public Library’s Main Library location hosts three book clubs for young readers: book clubs offer a range of activities for different ages and developmental needs.

Junior STEM Book Club and STEM Book Club

Two book clubs that bring together literature and STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) activities: discuss the books, then create a STEM project based on that month’s book!
Books for both clubs can be picked up from the Youth Services desk one month before each program’s date.

Junior STEM Book Club: for grades 2 and 3

STEM Book Club: for grades 4-5

Registration for both clubs is required: contact our Youth Services Department at 614-837-4104, ext. 231, or register online.

The Middle Book Club

For kids in grades 5-8

If you are a tween who loves talking about books or who wants to spend time with your peers, then the Pickerington Public Library has just the club for you: the Middle Book Club provides a time when tweens can get together to discuss books, work on activities related to the story they’ve read, and enjoy hot popcorn!
