The show was amazing. We had right around 600 people visit us throughout the day. We’re looking forward to an exciting 2018 show. We will post updates throughout the year. Thanks for all your support.

Comics wills be available for sale and signing.
For hungry comic fans, we are please to announce a partnership with Trucking Delicious – How food should taste for the Big Comic Show on Saturday, May 6. Their awesome food truck will be onsite vending that day. #truckingdelicious

Free Comic Book Day! The library is a participating site for this amazing annual event. Free Comics while supplies last. Distribution guidelines will be announced as we get closer to the day.
11 a.m. to 1 p.m. The Plot Thickens with Lucy A. Snyder (REGISTRATION REQUIRED) Lucy leads a two hour discussion on the mechanics of various plots and narrative structures and how they can be applied to fiction, games, and nonfiction.
11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Pathfinder Society Event – Early Session (REGISTRATION REQUIRED) Try out a new game with the experts. Space is limited to 6 gamers.
11 a.m. to 12 p.m. Alternate Universes: A Comics Primer Luke Herr presents a panel whose mission is to carefully — and thoughtfully —- navigate the cosmic maze known as Alternate Universes.
12 p.m.to 1 p.m. Hey, it’s Grace Ellis (REGISTRATION REQUIRED) Meet the co-creator and co-author of Lumberjanes.
1 p.m. to 3 p.m. Big Comic Show Kid Zone Games, Stories, and more. Kids’ Superhero Costume Contest, ages 3 to 12.
1 p.m. to 2 p.m. Awesome Cover Ideas with Christ Ehnot (REGISTRATION REQUIRED) Chris will conduct a live demonstration for artists, of all skill levels, interested in creating their own comics.
1 p.m. to 2 p.m. Woman of Wonder (REGISTRATION REQUIRED) Laura Bickle offers an historical — and personal — survey of William Marston’s iconic character: Wonder Woman ®.
1 p.m. to 6 p.m. Pathfinder Society Event – Later Session (REGISTRATION REQUIRED) Try out a new game with the experts. Space is limited to 6 gamers.
2 p.m. to 3 p.m. From the Dark Ages to Now (REGISTRATION REQUIRED) Author and poet Matt Betts presents a stimulating survey of the history of superhero movies.
3 p.m. to 4 p.m. Comic Book Buzz with Penguin Random House (REGISTRATION REQUIRED) Do you want the scoop on your favorite comic story lines before they hit the shelves? Amanda Fensch will have you buzzing with news about the hottest new titles from DC, Dark Horse, IDW, and more.
