This is a free program for adults.
Nathan Harvey, Wellness Coordinator at Wesley Ridge Retirement Community, leads a program on Chair Volleyball. Learn the rules of the game, and talk about the league and how to join. But this isn’t just a presentation: see a demonstration on Chair Volleyball, then try your hand at it! Nathan will also discuss the importance of a healthy lifestyle, and of remaining active as you age – don’t miss out on this fun and interactive class!
