Cooking the Books

This is a free program for adults. Space is limited. Registration is required (see below). Location: Pickerington Main, in the Digital Classroom.
Do you own more cookbooks than cutlery? Do you love reading recipes? Are you trying to get in touch with your inner Master Chef? Every month, Cooking the Books will select a featured cookbook or culinary theme. Members will pick a recipe, prepare it, and then share it! Cooking the Books will meet on the fourth Wednesday of every month at 7 p.m.
FEBRUARY’S BOOK: America the Cookbook, by Gabrielle Langholtz
- Read the book, find a favorite recipe, make it, and bring it to share.
- For all prepared dishes: please be sure to include a copy of the recipe and all ingredients
- Beverages will be provided, as well as paper plates and utensils.

Note: Please, no alcoholic beverages (even if there’s a recipe for one in the book!). And please be advised: this is a potluck, and neither the food nor the facilities have been inspected by the state or by a local public health agency.
