This is a free program for adults and teens in grades 6-12.

Spend a “crafternoon” at the library! You’ve seen the tutorials on Pinterest: now create your own fun, easy, beautiful DIY on a Dime! We’ll supply the crafts – all you need to bring is your creativity A-game.

This month’s project: DIY Tassel Garlands.
