Pickerington Public Library is part of the Central Library Consortium (CLC) which is a group of 17 (soon to be 18!) public libraries in Central Ohio that share services and provide a pool of library items to their cardholders. 

During the weekend of November 15-18, 2024, Westerville Public Library will join the CLC and their collection will merge into the consortium. This is great news because it means that the items available to you will increase by 250,000 items!

What you need to know about November 15-18:

  • We encourage you to bring your library card with you for checkouts that weekend. But don’t worry, if you forget your card our staff can assist you in getting your items checked out. 
  • Checkouts during this weekend will be assigned a 21-day loan period. Upon renewal, the item will default to our standard loan period per item as outlined in the library Cardholder Policy
  • You won’t be able to reserve materials from November 15 through the completion of the migration on November 18.
