African American Heritage: Historical records for African American genealogy research, including birth, marriage, and death records.

Ancestry.com: Search records from the most popular online genealogy tool. In-library use only.

CastleGarden: This free site offers access to an extraordinary database of information on 11 million immigrants from 1820 through 1892, the year Ellis Island opened.

Fold3: Historical military records, including stories, photos, and personal documents.

Heritage Quest: Discover your family history with city directories, U.S. Census records, and family histories

Ohio History Connection: An index of death records and certificates dated as early as 1867. Copies of death certificates can also be requested through this site.
