Curbside Pickup
Curbside pickup is available at Sycamore Plaza Library seven days a week, during normal business hours.
When you make an online request through the library’s catalog, select Sycamore Plaza Library as your pickup location.
You can reserve books and other items online, by phone, website or using the library’s mobile app. You will receive an emailed notification when your item(s) are ready for pickup.
Our staff will then check out and deliver materials to you, providing fast, friendly and safe service without ever leaving your vehicle.
Drive-Up Window
Drive-up window service is available at Pickerington Main Library seven days a week, during normal business hours.
When you make an online request through the library’s catalog, select Pickerington Main Drive-Up Window as your pickup location.
You can reserve books and other items online, by phone, website or using the library’s mobile app. You will receive an emailed notification when your item(s) are ready for pickup.
Our staff will then check out and deliver materials to you, providing fast, friendly and safe service without ever leaving your vehicle.
24-Hour Pickup Lockers
24-hour pick up lockers are available at both Pickerington Main and Sycamore Plaza Library, seven days a week, to hold reserved materials for customers who cannot access the library during normal business hours.
When you make an online request through the library’s catalog, you will be prompted to select your pickup location:
- Pickerington 24 Hour Pickup Lockers
- Pickerington Sycamore Plaza 24 Hour Pickup Lockers
You will receive a hold notification when your item(s) are available to be picked up in the locker. For more information about pickup lockers, contact the Customer Service Department at either location:

Printing
Drive-up window and curbside pickup customers can also request printing services by emailing Pickerington Main and Sycamore Plaza with requests and materials for printing.
